What makes him think that any of the 2 adelaide clubs want him on thier list. If he does want to return to SA and the MFC is willing to facilitate it based on his service to the club surely hes not going to command too much draft capital nor salary cap space on either teams list, unless he's prepared to see out the rest of his days in the SANFL. is he contracted for another 2 i believe .

Will go to the pies game just to watch this absolute class act pull the red and blue one more time. We might have lost a future captain of the club, massive loss

Always was a fan. Never understood why he was the whipping boy. You could clearly see from day 1 the work ethic and just sheer will power was there. Wish we could ship off some of the other players (I won't name) who don't give as much defensively and attacking wise. He is one player who gives 110% irregardless of circumstance. ANB leaving is such a massive blow as he is just one of just a few players this season who is the link to our forward thrusts off half back. Without him, scary to think where we could have been thinking about the abysmal inside 50 conversion record. Will be surprised if he isn't top 3 in the BnF. A large reason why we mustered up 10 wins, in what was otherwise a disappointing season.

I will miss you Nibbler. You will always be a Demon! Thanks for all you have done for the club and thanks for all your kindness at the MFC family day each year. All the best to you and your family and for the rest of your career. 🔴🔵

Not sure the Club understands that players even good ones will move on so they appear to be doing nothing about succession planning ….called recruiting 😂

You replace Goodwin with whom? Last year we would have won a priemership but look what happened Brayshaw gone, Petty and Melksham in top form gone... Van Rooyen suspended... You need luck to win flags, look at Carlton injuies galore...bad luck yes... We need to do what Hawthorn has done, rebuild with youngsters and they do not have to be stars...

Good effort this your boys. You should be ready for your all important month off at the end of the season. And good luck for the reload next pre season. I think the team has performed up to spec this year. But, we probably have a lower ladder position that we I would have thought, compared to how good you guys have been this year. Moving Grundy I though was good for the game. And what we got was bad for the club. I think with a decision like that you have to expect the low crowd numbers. This draft season I think we should trade out a ready-made player, with everything we have other than our first-round pick. And trade out for another first round pick. St Kilda is probably the obvious one. But yeah, I think you get the point. I think we need two mids. Cos we have enough forwards if we count sparrow. And our young defenders showed enough this year to take the punt at two mids in the draft. Anyways good luck in the pre-season boys:)
